Chaz Glunk is a Sarasota, FL native who was a professional ballet dancer and found a passion in fitness after he retired his dance shoes!

Chaz teaches with an emphasis on form and safety. He was manager and lead teacher of Pure Barre Sarasota for 5 years. He went on to earn certifications in Personal Training, Animal Flow and Yoga while running his own boutique personal training and fitness studio. After COVID-19 stopped the fitness industry in its tracks, Chaz and his clients rapidly embraced online solutions and now Chaz is proud to be the Chief Fitness Officer for GoTrayne!

Chaz developed a rounded fitness program and loves watching his clients get stronger. He believes every person can achieve their fitness goals with a deeper understanding of how our bodies work.

AGILITY uses concepts taught in STRENGTH with lighter weights or bodyweight allowing us to move quickly and work in many different movement patterns and tempos. AGILITY is always a full body workout with a warm up followed by endurance, coordination and balance work, then finishing with a cool down to release your body.

Anusara yoga, created in 1997, is a blend of Hatha Yoga and Iyengar yoga. Its translation means flowing with grace. There is an uplifting theme for each class. Stephanie will skillfully and gently guide us through sun salutations, a fun and challenging pinnacle pose and then total relaxation of the body and mind.
